BREATHING EQUIPMENT

LARCO can study its design and supply your breathing equipment so that you can operate your tanks in total safety.

Breathing valves, emergency vents, flame arrestors – our Design Office is available to support you in any way necessary in your project.

BREATHING VALVE

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

The breathing valve is a safety component used to regulate the pressure in a storage tank whilst ensuring it remains leaktight in normal operating conditions.
Our engineers base the design of your valves on the standards in force.

ATEX certification upon request: ATEX II1G for gas in group IIB and T° -40°C to +80°C.

EMERGENCY VENTS

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

The emergency vent is a safety component used to depressurise a storage tank when severe overpressure is caused by a fire.
Our engineers base the design of your emergency vents on the standards in force.

ATEX certification upon request: ATEX II1G for gas in group IIB and T° -20°C to +80°C

FLAME ARRESTOR

The flame arrestor is a safety device that can contain the propagation of a flame in order to protect a piping network or a tank.
Depending on the stated need, the flame arrestor is installed in line or at the end of the piping.
An in-line flame arrestor device can be combined with a breathing valve.
