DOCIL is an optical level sensor based on the principle of reflection and refraction of a light ray emitted by a Led.

The receiver of the associated electronics detects any change of the luminance of the returning light, ensuring an instantaneous response under all circumstances.

A probe can be equipped with 1, 2 or 3 Docil sensors. A probe can be installed on a pipe to differentiates vapour phase from liquid phase.
